Daniel Cammack, M.D., FACS, general/thoracic surgery, received his undergraduate degree from George Fox College in Newberg, OR, and his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, AL. He completed an internship in at Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA, and a residency in general surgery at Virginia Mason Hospital and Clinic in Seattle, WA. Cammack belongs to the American Board of Surgery and has special interests in general and thoracic surgery. He has been a physician with Rockwood Clinic since 1979.
