With almost twenty years experience as a professional strength and conditioning coach, Tommy "B-K" has traveled the world and trained some of the greatest athletes of this generation.  Athletes like Shaq, Stephon Marbury, Shawn Marion, and Steve Nash of the NBA. NFL players such as Eli Manning, Kelly Holcomb, Rick DeMulling, Jake Scott, Jonathan Quinn, Fred Wakefield and Simeon Rice. 2004 Olympic Bronze Medalist in the men's shot put, Joachim Olson. The list goes on.  In fact, he has trained athletes from over 10 countries who have competed in either the winter or summer Olympic games since 1996.  In 2000 he was a finalist for the National Strength and Conditioning Coach of the year (NSCA).  He is on the National Advisory board for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), is a certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach (USAW), certified Army Master Fitness trainer and certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS-NSCA).  He is an international speaker and coach, and has been published for his research in several peer-reviewed journals.

Tommy has been a strength and conditioning coach with several teams at both the college and professional level, including the University of Montana, Middle Tennessee State University, University of Vermont, University of Idaho, the Orlando Magic, Phoenix Suns, and even in Europe for a year with a professional club.  He has been officially involved with the NBA pre-draft camp, NFL camps and has consulted for 100 high schools in more than 10 different states across the country.

Since joining the Rockwood team in March 2010, Tommy has restructured all of the training programs and services offered in our Sports Performance program based on the most advanced training techniques and newest technology.  Rockwood has the best in training services you can find anywhere in the Inland Northwest!

Nick is a native of Portland, Oregon and attended George Fox University.  He pitched on the Varsity team for four years while obtaining a Bechelor in Science with a double major in Athletic Training as well as Allied Health.  Nick is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist.

Nick has played baseball his entire life and his statistics as a southpaw at George Fox Univeristy from 2005-2008 boast the following; he holds the record for the most games pitched, is ranked 2nd in total saves, tied for 2nd in most saves per season, 2nd in lowest amount of walks/9 innings, 3rd for most games pitched in a season, tied for 4th in most shutouts, tied for 6th in least amount of losses, 6th in most complete games, 7th in total innings pitched, 8th in highest number of games started, and 10th in total strikeouts.

Nick has worked for two plus years as a physical therapist aide and now as a sports performance specialist.  The past two years he has participated in the rehabilitation of a large medically diverse population which has given him a great background for helping athletes and anybody who is looking to better themselves.

Nick currently plays in a Men's Adult Baseball League on a team that is 18 and over and he also coaches little league baseball.

We look forward to having Tommy and Nick take our program to a level of national prominence in the years to come.
