The basis of our Sports Performance Program is training the athlete using intense functional exercises and high quality mechanics. Working in the weight room is important, but it is only part of becoming a complete athlete. Our program compliments your gains achieved through weight work by training your body to use strength in functional sports movements. Results from this type of training will have an immediate impact on how you compete and train.
Our program focuses on elements of function—specific movement patterns that have a purposeful carryover to sport. These elements include solid mechanics, high quality movement and loading techniques that target specific muscle groups to enhance speed, agility, power, endurance and aid in injury prevention.
We push you hard, but we base your effort on a framework that is specific to the biomechanical and physiological requirements of you as an individual and your sport. Our unique program incorporates supplemental training that will dramatically improve your ability to excel in your sport.

CONDITIONING & FITNESS
At the core of our Conditioning Program is each individual we train. We understand the obstacles of exercise. Beginning a new program, recovering from an injury and breaking through a plateau (getting out of a rut) in current training can be discouraging and intimidating. Therefore our training focuses on providing challenging, safe and rewarding workouts in a fun environment that gets results.
Our program incorporates functional fitness exercises designed to improve fitness, aerobic capacity, flexibility and muscular strength and endurance. We also focus on technique to improve movement efficiency and decrease the risk of injury.
We push your limits, but do so based on constant communication, specific biomechanical and physiological considerations and your personal goals. Our unique approach will keep you motivated so you can succeed.
