Sports Performance

Personal and group coaching, which has been used by elite athletes to boost performance, is offered to individuals and groups of all ages who want to improve their general and sport specific athletic and fitness experience. The basis of our Sports Performance Program is training the individual using intense functional exercises and high quality mechanics. Results from this type of training will have an immediate impact on how you compete and train. Our program provides the tools to create a more durable athlete, working to keep you in the game and off the sideline.

Our Sports Performance Program focuses on key elements of function specific movement patterns that have a purposeful carryover to sport. These elements include emphasizing solid mechanics with high quality multi-planar movement and loading techniques that target and coordinate specific muscle groups to enhance speed, vertical jump, quickness, agility, power, balance, stability, muscular strength and endurance. We push you hard, but we base your effort on a framework that is specific to the biomechanical and physiological requirements of you as an individual and your sport or activity.  

Sports Performance services are available Monday through Friday, and every effort is made to accommodate the individual’s school or work schedule. Hours of operation periodically change due to sports seasons and academic schedules of our clients.
