Rockwood Clinic is conducting a clinical research study to determine the safety, effectiveness, and tolerability of an investigational study drug in individuals with Type 2 diabetes. 

You may qualify for this study if you:

• Are between 18 and 70 years of age
• Have had Type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months
• Are taking only metformin for your Type 2 diabetes
• Have been on the same dose of metformin for at least 3 months
• Have had a stable body weight for at least 3 months
• Are willing to use a reliable method of birth control during the study 

Qualified participants will receive the following at no charge:

• Study-related clinic visits, physical exams and laboratory tests
• Study medications and testing supplies
• Compensation for travel
