Participate in Your Health
Securely keep your personal health information in one place using Google Health. In partnership with Inland Northwest Health Services and two local clinics, Rockwood Clinic has launched 1HealthRecord allowing you to connect your electronic medical record with your personal health record – it's safe, convenient and free. No more digging through piles of old health information, prescriptions and notes – it's an opportunity to keep your personal health information in one convenient location.
In addition to importing your health information through 1HealthRecord, Google Health allows you to:
- Build online health profiles for you and your family
- Import medial records from connected doctors, hospitals and pharmacies
- Share your information securely with a family member, doctors or caregivers
- Explore online health services that can help you better manage your care
As a patient of a participating clinic, all you need to get started is internet access and a pin number. To register, fill out the "Authorization for Release of Health Information" form and start participating in your health.
